Joseph A. Conrad, MD
Dr. Conrad is board certified in geriatric medicine, internal medicine and pulmonary disease. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1963 and received his medical degree from the St. Louis University Medical School four years later. Following an internship and a residency at the Kansas University Medical Center, he completed a fellowship in pulmonary disease at the University of Utah. He particularly enjoys seeing older patients.
Dr. Conrad has been in private practice in Utah since 1977 and was affiliated with St. Mark's Hospital for 15 years. He was employed by FHP, Talbert Medical Group and the University of Utah Health Network since 1992.
Samuel J. Otto, MD
Ogden Internal Medicine welcomes a new Urologist, Samuel J. Otto, MD.
Dr. Otto, was born in Madison, Wisconsin and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin/Madison. He attended Medical School at the University of Wisconsin/Madison and completed his Internship at York Hospital, York Pennsylvania. Dr Otto completed his Residency at the York Hospital in General Surgery and the Medical College of Wisconsin in Integrated Urological Residency. He retired form the US Air Force as a Major, Flight Surgeon. Dr Otto is board certified in adult and pediatric urology and has been named the “Top Ten Docs - Urology”, Milwaukie Magazine, Poll of Milwaukee Physicians in 1996 and 2000.
